NICE is a well-established network of partners that officially started in 2015 to help global logistics companies utilize the full value of their CargoWise One implementation. This is achieved through a unique service offering based on business process engineering and IT portfolio analysis coupled with customized IT services and Global Transformation Consultancy services.
Company history
Started as SweetHill Consultants based in the Netherlands during the initial expansion of WiseTech global solutions into Europe.
Rebranded in 2015 as NICE and moved head office to UK, implemented CW for global customers such as Geodis, DHL, CEVA, Aramex, Hellmann, Bolloré, Logwin using a team of consultants with excellent functional and technical know-how of CargoWise One; as well as detailed freight forwarding experience.
Became a WiseTech Business Partner in 2023, bringing many years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing WiseTech Global products.
Expanded further into Consultancy services providing solutions such as Centre of Excellence (COE) set up and management, quality control and compliance checks to help customers reduce risk and achieve business goals.

The Management Team
NICE is owned and managed by Kevin Le Page and Hans van der Zwet. They have worked together since 2004, designing and implementing logistics software solutions. Hans & Kevin each have life-time experience In logistics and IT, working for global logistics powerhouses in all transport modalities.
The company was founded in 2001 as SweetHill Consultants. SweetHill was brought in as the first official CargoWise partner in 2006 by Richard White and Cris Arens. Hans and Kevin then founded NICE in 2015 to handle the global CargoWise implementations of large international freight forwarders. NICE today has become a leading and truly Global CargoWise Implementation and Service provider.
